Returns & Exchanges

At Josie's Boutique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be free of any signs of wear or alterations.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
